親子3代で紡ぐ酒物語
私のルーツ
私の祖父母は新潟の古志郡（現・長岡）から昭和初期に上京し、東京・四谷に酒屋を営み始めました。
祖父後は、子供7人を育てながら戦中・戦後をたくましく生き抜き、その姿をみて育った母も祖父母の強さを受け継ぎました。
幼い頃の私の記憶は、四谷の小さな酒屋の片隅に静かに座り、母が近所の人たちに酒を注ぐのを見ていました。
人々は母を「お母さん」と呼び、笑い、語り合い、時には涙を流しました。
酒の香り、瓶がカチャカチャと鳴る音に囲まれて。
私たちの小さな酒屋は、単なる酒屋ではなく、人々が繋がり、グラス一つ一つに優しさが注がれる場所でした。
その精神は、私が気づかないうちに私の一部となっていました。
母の姿を通して、
「誠実に生きること」
「人とのご縁を大切にすること」
を学びました。
My roots
My grandparents moved to Tokyo from Kosh county, Niigata ( now Nagaoka) during the early Showa period and built a small liquor store.They survived the war and postwar period with great strength while raising seven children, and my mother, who grew up watching them, inherited their strength.When I was little, I used to sit quietly in the corner of our small liquor store in Yotsuya and watch my mother pour sake for the neighbours.They called her “Mama.”They laughed, they shared stories, and sometimes, they cried. I remember the smell of sake, the sound of bottles clinking.Our little store was more than a place that sold alcohol.It was a place where people connected, where kindness was poured into every glass.That spirit became part of me, even before I realized it.Through my mother's example, I learned to live with integrity and to cherish the connections I have with others.
海外と日本をつなぐ想い
両親の教育方針で幼い頃から英語に親しみ、学生時代にはアメリカでのホームステイを経験。
社会人になってからは、グローバル企業でサプライチェーンマネジメントの分野でキャリアを積んできました。
そして2024年、人生の転機が訪れます。
変革とダイバーシティの中でどのようにうまくチームを成功に導けるか模索し、スタンフォード大学経営大学院のLEADプログラムに参加していた時のこと。
起業家たちが集まり、何かを築き、インパクトを与え、リスクを負っていました。
彼らは情熱的で、恐れを知らない人たちでした。
ある日、オーストラリア人の講師とのキャリアについての個別指導で、私は何気なく家業の話をしました。
講師は、「君の物語はすでに君の家族の中にある。
君はそれを世界に伝えるだけだよ」と言いました。
もしかしたら、私の物語は伝統性か、現代性かのどちらかを選ぶことではなく、それらを結びつけることなのかもしれないと気づいたのです。
A desire to connect Japan with the rest of the world
Thanks to my parents' educational philosophy, I was exposed to English from a young age, and during my student days I experienced a homestay in USA. After entering the workforce, I built a career in supply chain management at global companies. Then, in 2024, everything started to shift. I joined Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD program to lead team more effectively and efficiently in transformation and diversity. I was surrounded by entrepreneurs, people who were building things, creating impact, taking risks. They were passionate, fearless. I deeply inspired. One day, during a one-on-one session with my Australian tutor about career, I mentioned casually that my family had run a liquor store, he said, “You already have your story. It’s in your family. You just need to tell it to the world.” I realized that maybe my story was not about choosing between tradition and modernity but about connecting them.
新潟から東京、そして世界へ、心を込めて
私は会社の名前を「イルクオーレ」としました。これはイタリア語で「心」を意味します。 それは、蔵人の心、母と祖父母の心、そして日本と世界をつなぐ私自身の心を象徴しています。 今、私の人生を振り返ると、英語を学ぶようにという両親の夢、グローバルビジネスに携わった年月、そしてスタンフォード大学で出会った思いがけない出来事が、私をここに導いてくれたことが分かります。 人生は一直線に進むことはほとんどありません。 時には、何年もぐるぐると回り続け、ようやく自分がずっと本当の物語の上に立っていたこと、そして真の自分の道に気づくこともあります。 様々なご縁を大切に、新潟から東京、そして世界に向けて、造り手の想いやこだわりのある美味しいお酒をお届けしたいと思っています。 一本ずつ、一つずつ、心を込めて。
From Niigata to Tokyo and the world, with all our heart
I named my company IL CUORE, which means “the heart” in Italian. It represents the heart of the brewers, the heart of my mother and grandmother, and my own heart that connects Japan to the world. When I think about my life now, I see how every step led me here, my parents’ dream for me to learn English, my years in global business, and the unexpected moment at Stanford. Life rarely moves in a straight line. Sometimes, we spend years walking in circles before we realize we have been standing on our true story all along and find our true path. I would like to cherish the various connections I have made and deliver delicious sake with the heart of the brewers from Niigata to Tokyo and the world. One bottle at a time, one heart at a time.

LOGO CONCEPT
流線型の波は、日本海の穏やかな波と、日本酒を注ぐ瞬間の美しい流れを重ね合わせて表現しています。 ロゴ全体を版画の風合いを感じさせる仕上がりにしています。 版画は世界的にも高く評価されている日本文化の象徴のひとつであり、日本の職人技と繊細な美意識を体現しています。 上空を優雅に舞う鶴は、長寿と幸福を象徴する日本の縁起の鳥です。 古くから「鶴は千年」と語り継がれ、永遠・希望・繁栄の象徴として親しまれてきました。 また、鶴は海外でも “Japanese Crane” として広く知られ、日本の精神性・美意識・そして静かな強さを伝える存在でもあります。 六角形のフレームは、亀の甲羅をモチーフにした亀甲模様を表しています。 古来より亀は“長寿”や“繁栄”の象徴とされ、ゆっくりでも確実に前進し、堅実に未来を築く存在として人々に親しまれてきました。 この形には、人と人、想いと想いが結びつきながら、永く続いていくご縁や信頼を表現しています。 そしてこのロゴには、日本の風土・伝統・そして酒造りに込められた想いを、新しい形で世界へ届けたいという願いを込めています。 「一杯の日本酒が、国や文化を超えて人々の心をつなぐ」 そのような未来への願いを込めて。
The streamlined waves represent the gentle waves of the Sea of Japan superimposed on the beautiful flow of sake as it is poured. The entire logo has a finish that evokes the texture of a woodblock print. Woodblock prints are a globally acclaimed symbol of Japanese culture,embodying Japanese craftsmanship and delicate aesthetic sense. The crane, gracefully dancing in the sky, is a Japanese auspicious bird symbolizing longevity and happiness. Since ancient times, the saying "A crane lives for a thousand years" has been passed down, and it has become a beloved symbol of eternity, hope, and prosperity. The crane is also widely known overseas as the "Japanese Crane,"and is seen as a symbol of Japanese spirituality, aesthetic sense, and quiet strength. The hexagonal frame represents a tortoise shell pattern. Since ancient times, turtles have been a symbol of longevity and prosperity, beloved by people as creatures that move forward slowly but surely,steadily building a future. This shape represents the long-lasting bonds and trust that connect people and feelings. This logo also embodies our desire to share Japan's climate, traditions, and the passion that goes into sake brewing with the world in a new form. "A glass of sake connects people's hearts, transcending borders and cultures." Our hope for such a future lies within this logo.
